Caryl brings over 20 years experience to the design and delivery of creative yet practical solutions to bring about change, in individuals, teams and organisations.


She held a range of senior management roles in HR, OD and Learning & Development in a range of industries and FTSE 100 companies including telecommunications, retail, travel and hospitality.


Her experience of managing functions through many changing situations including acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations, culture change and expansions enables her to offer practical, grounded and insightful advice on how to best achieve positive change within your organisation.
